Why do pills appear?

During the first wears, the shortest, most loosely held fibers break away through friction (under the arms, at the wrists, in contact with a bag…). As they entangle, they form small balls on the surface of the knit. This is a natural phenomenon and does not indicate a quality defect. It decreases over time, once these free fibers are eliminated.

How to use it?

Lay the garment flat on a stable surface. Gently run the comb, always in the same direction, over the affected areas without pressing. Then remove the fibers accumulated on the teeth.

Regular maintenance preserves the softness and luster of the fiber. Well cared for, cashmere becomes even softer over the years.
